In January 2008 Kyle graduated from driving quarter midgets; and is now venturing into the INEX Legends car series racing in the Semi-Pro Young Lions division. Kyle plans to compete in the Virginia and North Carolina areas at Shenandoah Speedway, South Boston Speedway, Lowes Motor Speedway, Concord Motorsports Park and Bristol Motor Speedway.
